60 minute massage

60 minutes of therapy! 90 minute massage

90 minutes of therapy! Pregnancy Massage

During pregnancy a woman's body endures tremendous stress due to the dramatic physical and emotional changes. Using various techniques specially developed for the expecting mother, pregnancy massage helps release the pain and discomfort associated with these dramatic physical and emotional changes. The massage benefits are profound, including emotional support, the relief of joint pain due to extra weight and postural imbalance, and improved breathing and relaxation.

You will use a full body pillow to support yourself while lying on your side. If comfortable you can start out laying flat on your back and then moving from side to side. 

Hot Stone Massage

Hot Stone Massage is a style of massage where hot stones are used to soften tight muscles. The hot stones increase relaxation and promote circulation. I incorporate the hot stones with a "hands on" massage. I do not place the hot stones on your body and let them rest, I use them in a stroking manner. Like a heating pad that can go up and down the back. 

This can be a very relaxing massage using Swedish massage techniques (lighter pressure) or combined with a deep tissue massage for pain relief and to increase mobility.

Hot stones can be very effective for treating headaches, back pain and neck & shoulder pain. 

The overall experience is very relaxing, nurturing, and rejuvenating.

CBD oil massage

CBD oil will be used for the entire massage. CBD oil helps to lessen inflamation, reduce pain and improve circulation/blood pressure. It also increases white blood cell count and relieves muscle tension.

In addition to physical benefits, there are many mental health benefits from using CBD oil. It is used to treat anxiety, depression and insomnia. A CBD oil massage will have you feeling even more relaxed than you normally do after a massage therapy treatment.

I use 100 mg of full spectrum CBD oil from Cannabidoil Life per massage.

CBD oil is from the cannabis plant. 

Scheduling & 24 hour cancellation

Please provide 24 hour cancellation. While this is not always possible, it is greatly appreciated!!!

All massages are by appointment only. Call/text 608-217-2458 (text preferred) to schedule an appointment. Please leave your name and the timeframe you are looking for (morn, aft, eve), day of week, etc.

Please note - evening appointments are available on Monday & Wednesday at 5:30, these appointments are only for 60 or 90 minute massages, not 30 minutes. I apologize for any inconvenience; this policy is due to the limited number of evening appointments.
