Let’s Connect!

New Clients: Let’s Chat First! 📞
To ensure your safety and provide the most effective treatment, I require a brief, 5-minute phone conversation with all new clients prior to finalizing your first booking.

During this quick call, we will:

• Discuss your specific health goals, pain points, or injuries.

• Confirm that therapeutic massage is a safe option for you.

• Coordinate a day and time that fits your schedule.

• Share the exact location and off-street parking details for The Lavender Room here in Eastmoreland.

To get started: Please call or text me at (608) 217-2458 with your name and a few times you're free to chat. I look forward to connecting with you!

Please Note Before Booking:
Madison Massage LLC operates out of a private home studio where my 10-year-old senior dog resides. She is a permanent fixture of The Lavender Room and stays in the studio, resting quietly on her bed throughout the entire session.

Because this is her home and her presence in the room is non-negotiable, I am unfortunately unable to accommodate clients with dog allergies, dog phobias, or those who require a completely pet-free environment.

I deeply value the safety and comfort of both my clients and my senior dog, and appreciate your understanding of this studio policy.

A Note for My Returning Patients:
If we worked together during my 5 years at Lifecity Chiropractic, I am so glad you found me here! While I loved my time in the clinic, I am thrilled to welcome you to my new private space, The Lavender Room, located in the Eastmoreland neighborhood (just off Atwood Ave near Olbrich Park).

What to expect for your next booking:

• No Phone Screen Needed: Since we already have a therapeutic relationship, you do not need to do a new-client phone consultation!

• How to Book: Simply text or call me at (608) 217-2458 to reserve your spot.

• Location Details: Just let me know you're a returning client, and I will text you the exact residential address, entrance details, and off-street parking instructions right away.

The new studio is quiet, peaceful, and fully dedicated to your ongoing healing and relaxation. I can't wait to see you again!
